Welcome back, CFC!!! :D

Spring semester!!! Aaaaah!!! Welcome back to school and welcome back to the Coalition of Female Creators!

We've had several new individuals join our roster on campus groups, so! Quick intro from us! We are a student organization for female and non-binary students across majors to come together to collaborate, hone industry skills, and appreciate the work of female creators both out in the world and within our campus! We are so happy to have you!

CFC will be operating on a fluctuating schedule again this semester, in attempts to accomodate as many schedules as possible. So please please please read our emails and follow our Instagram @columbiacfc! This is where we'll put all updates about what's coming up and when.

This week, we will have our introductory meeting on Friday, January 29th, 5:00-6:00 PM CST. Let's get to know each other before we hit the ground running!

A few other exciting things coming up this semester:

• We are putting more focus than ever into collaborating with other student organizations! If you're in another club or group, and you think we'd be a good match, please get in touch!
• We get access to virtual advanced screenings sometimes! Like next Tuesday! February 2nd! Watch your email, because we'll be sending out that link!
• We will be hosting movie screenings/discussions (cute title pending) on the first Friday of every month, starting next week, February 5th, 7:30 PM. So if you're sick of film boys talking about Tarantino for the n-teenth time, come hang out with us! Women making movies! Wooo!!!
• We are cosponsoring the Editors Guild's Shorts Showdown! March 12th! 5:30PM! Come support female filmmakers on campus!!!
